Consent for Collection, Use, and Disclosure (OBWT) is owned by Lahara Ltd. and for this AUP on this website, both Lahara Ltd. and will be referred to as “Lahara” and “OBWT”.

1.Acceptable Use Policy:
OBWT and Lahara focus solely on providing high-quality training products and information. None of the information and materials provided on website are intended for unethical or illegal marketing practices, including but not limited to:

1a. Spam
Lahara and OBWT do not participate in spamming and maintain a zero-tolerance spam policy. Those who enter into business relationships with Lahara and OBWT (including, but not limited to, affiliates and joint venture partners) and choose to promote LAHARA or OBWT products or services, or LAHARA-affiliated products or services using spam will have their relationship with LAHARA immediately terminated.

1b. Harvesting E-mail Address:
Tools, training and resources provided by LAHARA and OBWT are neither intended nor permitted to be used for the harvesting of e-mail addresses. Those who have found ways to abuse any of these tools and resources and use them for mass harvesting or spamming will have their relationship with LAHARA immediately terminated.

1c. Unauthorized Opt-In:
In order to protect our opt-in e-mail list, we will record the IP addresses of all subscriptions, sales, and affiliates. If an e-mail address is subscribed to our system without the owner’s permission, the host of the IP will be contacted and pursued to terminate the user.

1d. Fraud:
LAHARA will pursue and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any individual(s) who attempt to use our any part of our OBWT website or training materials, or services for the purpose of fraudulent transactions.

LAHARA maintains ethical practices and will not tolerate any misuse of our training and resources by any third party. If misuse occurs, we will do everything in our power to immediately terminate the relationship and prevent any further misuse.

LAHARA and OBWT supports the right to personal privacy and corporate security on the Internet. LAHARA and OBWT will never sell or market names, e-mail addresses, or any other privileged information about our clients or subscribers.

3. Unsubscribe Policy:
LAHARA and OBWT respect the request of any individual asking to have his/her e-mail address opted out of our database. As well, every e-mail sent by LAHARA and OBWT provides an automated unsubscribe option at the bottom of each e-mail.
